Our Story

It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. FOSTER HOPE is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to do our part in making a meaningful difference in our community. Our mission and vision is directly tied to our definitional name: To encourage or promote the development of confident expectation.

The kids we serve often feel absent of hope. Their experience has been dashed hopes, expected pain, and brokenness. Many have developed survival instincts based in resilience; they're strong, determined survivors. However, survival isn't living and hope is as necessary for life as air, food, and water. We desire the restoration of hope in their lives, the confident expectation of positive outcomes in their lives.

Since our founding we have been humbled to witness God working through our programs, bringing hope and healing to children in the foster care system.
