SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR
As a Summer Camp Counselor you will experience an incredible week of service and fun! You will be challenged and stretched, but you will find your experience to be fulfilling. You will be paired with another Camp Counselor and each of you will be assigned two campers. For five short days you will walk alongside them; encouraging, empowering, and uplifting them. Your group will go fishing, swimming, canoeing, and experience other activities together. You will share in challenging conversations, and laugh at ridiculous jokes. You will make a difference in their lives, your very presence showing them that someone cares and that they matter.
SUMMER CAMP STAFF
As a member of the Summer Camp Staff you will have the opportunity to spend time with ALL the kids. You may be challenged as you provide the opportunity for a child to grow. You may think you have nothing to offer them, but your very presence at camp shows that they matter, it shows that you care. You may be assigned to the Fishing Hole or the Swimming Pool, maybe you’ll help with snack, assist with activity centers, or star as the lead in our summer play! Whatever your position, you’ll experience an incredible week of sharing the love of God with our incredible kids!
GIVING
Maybe you want to be involved but don't have the time, or the ability, to be at camp for the whole week. Even if you can't personally attend, your financial support is a great way to make an impact. Consider purchasing a birthday gift for a foster child to receive during "Everybody's Birthday," or maybe give the experience of riding a bike to hundreds who will attend camp in the future. Whatever your gift, know that we are grateful and that you are making a lasting impact in the lives of at-risk youth.
